Elementary Campus

This past week to learn about the democratic process, the students discussed the school pledge in their classrooms and proposed adding an additional line for the year.  As a culminating activity ] to mark Constitution Day, each class sent one delegate to meet with delegates from all other classes where they discussed possible additions to the pledge.  After working in groups and multiple rounds of voting, the group settled on a new line for our pledge.  That afternoon, George Washington met with all students on a virtual meeting to share the newest version of our school pledge.  Please see the attached video for some pictures of the process as well as updated wording for our school pledge this year! Photos from Constitution Day
