We are proud to announce that Joseph Pasato was named a Questbridge Finalist. The Questbridge National Match Program is a prestigious national scholarship program that matches students that demonstrate outstanding academic ability despite financial challenges to top tier colleges with full four-year scholarship. Joseph was one of the 5,613 students named finalists out of over 17,900 applicants. In December Joseph will find out if he matches with one of the top Questbridge colleges and earns a full four-year scholarship.\
Joseph learned of the opportunity from his school counselor, Mrs. Kane. SLCS employees three school counselors at the IB Campus, who, in addition to providing academic, career, and emotional support, help students navigate the path to college by supporting students with college applications, admissions essays, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid resources. School Lane’s low counselor to student ratio ensures all students receive personalized attention on their post-secondary plans.
