This is a reminder that on December 4th, 2021 from 11:00-2:00, School Lane’s elementary building will host a vaccine clinic. This clinic is completely voluntary and the school is in no way involved with tracking who comes and who does not or who is vaccinated. If you are interested in bringing your children, ages 5-11, to get their first dose of the vaccine, you need to do the following:
• Go to www.trackmyvaccine.com and pre-register your children by filling out the child’s name, Date of Birth, address, email address, and phone number.
• The clinic is a “walk-in” clinic, meaning that you will not get a set appointment time. The clinic is open from 11:00-2:00.
• This clinic is only for children ages 5-11

This week is our Thanksgiving fundraiser. Students from each grade are asked to bring in something specific to help.
Kindergarten – 1st Grade – Can of Creamed Style Corn
2nd Grade – 3rd Grade – Package of Pre-Made Dinner Rolls (think “King’s Hawaiian” Brand)
4th Grade – Can of JELLIED Cranberry Sauce
6th Grade – Jar of Turkey Gravy
Thank you for your support as our 5th grade students run this meaningful fundraiser while they study the Universal Declaration of Human Rights!
Don't forget to sign up for report card conferences on November 22nd and 23rd! Conferences are in person. You must attend the conference to receive your child's report card. Sign up at https://signup.com/go/UfwxYWO

Picture Re-Take Day is tomorrow. Families who would like their child to take another picture, or missed the first one, can send their child dressed down for picture day if you like.
A lockdown drill was performed today at 10:00. This drill is one of several safety procedures we practice throughout the year to prepare for actual emergencies. The students and staff did an excellent job! The drill was done in coordination with the Bensalem Police Department to assess our implementation and offer feedback for improvement.
Tomorrow is a special dress down day - Fandom Friday! Also, there is a supply shortage in our cafeteria - no milk or juice tomorrow. Children will bring their water bottles or if you want to pack them a juice box, you can. Thank you!
Please check your Schoology messages for a letter from Mr. Robinson with updates on events in October. Looking forward to a great month of learning at SLCS!
