Ms. Timo's class was recognized for their positivity. Ms. Falkow's class was acknowledged for their determination. Ms. O'Donnell's class was given an award for being responsible. Ms. Bellavance-West's class showed an abundance of caring for others. Ms. Wright's class was spotlighted for their helpfulness. Yesterday students in grades 4-6 attended an assembly with guest speaker Mr. Litton from Action Karate. He talked about what bullying is and the importance of standing up to bullying. This is always an important message to revisit throughout the year.

The 5th graders worked hard this morning to make Thanksgiving meals with the food that was generously donated by our own school community. The meals will be given to a local organization that provides food to the elderly in our area, Caring for Friends. Every student had a role to make this service learning experience a success. Can you guess how many meals we made?! Check out this video to find out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kROzLl3O84 and see more photos from the event here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/VUjLC4x7G83JA1pX6
